Product Description
The ZD-520B No. 10 envelope release paper strip assembly machine is suitable for No. 1-10 Chinese standard seals and similar Chinese envelope paper bags. While processing the envelope, this envelope making machine applies adhesive and sticks a strip of release paper or double-sided tape (PLC servo control) to the sealing area of the envelope for one-time molding. It is an ideal equipment for sealing and pasting paper bags on Chinese envelopes or similar-sized paper bags.
Machine History
In 2009, due to the market demand for self-adhesive sealing of envelopes, our company developed ZD-520BTenth envelope adhesive release paper combination machine (using a reducer for constant speed feeding).
In 2012, the function of double-sided adhesive was improved and added to the original foundation, resulting in the machine becoming a water-based adhesive release paper dual-use No. 10 Chinese combination machine.
In 2015, an improvement was made on this machine by using PLC servo motors to transport release paper double-sided adhesive, Idle shutdown, and paired with a touch screen to set the length of the release paper, greatly improving the machine’s control and reducing the time for plate changing adjustment.
In 2023, due to market demand, the ZD-520B model has added an optional spray hot melt adhesive function. At the same time, the adhesive part adopts a 1 kW servo motor for bonding, a 750 W servo motor for feeding, dual servo matching, and a remote data system, making the machine more intelligent.
