The high-speed dry pneumatic laminating machine is a laminating equipment specially produced by our factory for factories like plastic film factories, printing and packaging factories, plastic bag manufacturing factories, and paper making factories. The pneumatic laminating machine is mainly composed of the first unwinding component, gluing component, drying component, second unwinding component, laminating component, rewinding component, pneumatic system, electrical control system, etc. Let’s see the composition of this laminating machine.

  1. The first unwinding component:

Structure and characteristics:

1) It has an independent frame with automatic deviation correction. The laminating machine consists of a fully automatic double-station roll-changing mechanism.

      2. Gluing Unit:

Structure and Features:

  1. It is driven by an independent motor with frequency conversion control.
  2. This machine has a shaftless plate mounting mechanism that allows for fast and easy plate changes. The anilox rollers can be mounted or removed easily, which minimizes downtime. In addition, the machine can perform single colour, full plate printing, which is independent of full colour printing. This gives the operator flexibility and efficiency in terms of printing.
  3. The machine utilizes a pneumatic pressure system to provide rubber roller feed for handling material in a smooth and consistent manner.
  4. The scraper has a heavy-duty pneumatic structure and can be adjusted in three directions to facilitate precision operation. 
  5. The glue pan height is manually adjustable to provide better control in coating and application methods.

Structure and Features:

  1. Integrated drying oven with an insulated air jacket design, with excellent thermal insulation. It is convenient for threading and cleaning of materials, and the independent air exhaust system.
  2. Four-section independent temperature control heating section with a heating box for effective and stable heat transfer.
  3. Driving and driven belts in the feeding and discharging slips have adjusting rollers, and the drying tunnel outlet with a self correcting deviation system.
  4. Through its automatic constant temperature control, the stable operation of the drying oven will be maintained. 
  5. Driving and driven absolute way in the interior of the drying oven are pointing to the same rotation, so it will be a smooth and consistent operation.

Laminating Component:

Structure and Features:

  3. The tension is controlled using a floating swing roller with a potentiometer

7. Control System:

The machine comes equipped with a smart control system that operates all parts in synchronization with multiple speeds. It contains sensors that adjust automatically to control slipping and tension developing just right while resting the materials. The smart control system also self corrects misalignment.
